And of course, no visit to Quebec is complete without trying poutine, the quintessential Canadian dish of fries, cheese curds, and gravy.

The powwows of Manitoba, the totem poles of British Columbia, and the Inuit art of Nunavut are just a few examples of the rich Indigenous heritage of Canada.
